Order Form

You can make an order by phone, fax, e-mail or by using the order form. Please remember that we can properly handle the order only if you give the following information:

• customer´s name and delivery address
• the address for invoice, if differs from above
• the product name (as in the product cataloque)
• quantities (activity and number of pieces)
• date of calibration
• the requested date of delivery
• special requirements i.e. volume

Even the partial lack in this information may cause erratic deliveries, so please give us all the pieces of information asked above.

Order deadlines and terms of delivery

Our routine products can be ordered until one day before the expected Delivery before 10.00 am (CET) according the production schedule of the individual product. Some special products may require longer time for delivery. Please, ask for details. After receiving your order we will confirm it to you usually during the same day.

Please take care that you have all licenses required by local authorities. Products can be ordered only by customers who have been authorized to use radiopharmaceuticals and radiochemicals by local authorities (hospitals, research centers etc.)
